Step One: Fill out your Summer Staff Application!      

Please ensure that you complete the appropriate application. Read below for more information on application requirements: 

First-Year Staff Application: If you were hired as a first-year staff member on the 2020 Summer Staff team and you are seeking to apply for the 2021 Summer Staff team, please complete the First-Year Summer Staff Application. 

Return Staff Application: If you were hired as a first-year staff member on the 2019 Summer Staff team and you are seeking to reapply for the 2021 Summer Staff team, please complete the Return Summer Staff Application.

Step Two: schedule your individual interview      

Upon submission of your Summer Staff Application, you will receive a link to schedule your interview. All interviews will be held virtually via the Zoom Meeting Platform. 

Individual Interviews will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Individual interviews will begin on Tuesday, January 19th and will close on Thursday, March 11th. 

It is the responsibility of the applicant to schedule your individual interview.


Step Three: Online recommendation forms      

First-Year Summer Staff applicants will be required to have two recommendation forms completed on their behalf. If you were a member of FFA or FCCLA, one of your recommenders should be from your FFA or FCCLA advisor, if possible. The additional recommendation form should be completed by someone other than a family member. 

Online Recommendation Forms will become available to you upon submission of your application. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure recommenders complete the Online Recommendation Form. 


Step Four: Complete your summer staff application      

Preview the Summer Staff Application Checklist to ensure your application is complete! 

  1. One submitted 2021 Summer Staff Application
  2. One submitted PDF copy of your most up-to-date resume 
  3. Two Completed Recommendation Forms (not required for Return Staff applicants)
  4. One completed Summer Staff Introduction Video 
  5. One completed Summer Staff Individual Interview

*Note: Applications will not be deemed complete until all of the above documents have been obtained. 


Step Five: Mark you calendars!      

All Summer Staff Applicants will be required to attend the Mandatory Summer Staff Applicant Meeting on Monday, March 15th at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Meeting platform. Please make plans to attend this required meeting. 

The first round of hiring decisions will take place on March 17th.
